Mr. Oneil, As for requesting a meeting with the Selectmen, you and the Board had your time to do that properly the night that I was before you. I was told to by "my boss" as well as you on SOD to come before the board regarding the COLA. You all should be ashamed of your actions. In the best interst of the town I think not. Its a personal issue with you and you prove it each time we are before you in anything that involves me. If the Board did their homework they would have thought about the residents in this town and the loss of services. And by the way if you have done your homework so well then stop spelling my name wrong.

Still drunk off the excitement you had that night, Shawn? I was sworn in yesterday. I think you were the only one who thought that was "damning" evidence. Small victories for small minds, I suppose.

No excitement except getting to the truth.
Small victory but a large leap into the character of Thomas Billbrough Jr.

I do apologize for misspelling your name.
You are mixing up the two events. You were already at that public BOS meeting that evening to discuss your COLA. My comments for you to come before the Board as well as Chief Parsons comments to you in reference to your COLA issue were made well before that evening, and the outcome of not reappointing you as ACO. I am not ashamed of my actions or those of the Board as it was in the best interest of the Town. If you disagree you can always request a public meeting and the public record can be set straight. The cards are in your hand. I will also repeat that this issue is NOT a personal issue between you and I but base on factual information. Please request the meeting and let everyone know if this is a 'personal' issue or an issue based on facts with sound reasoning.

I think that the only way to put this to rest is for Sheila to go in front of the board and to allow this information to be public knowledge.

Shawn,
The only thing that well-rehearsed stunt of yours proved is how truly petty you are. You wouldn't know "character" if it sat on your face. Maybe I'll let you sit next to me at Budget Committee meetings and you can get to know the real me.

Mr. Oneil, You just made it clear from your last statement that the outcome of not reappointing me as ACO was made well before that eveing. SO again your actions, the Boards actions, the Chief's actions shame on you all. It is a personal issue and you know that.

Sheila,
You are misreading it. The decision was NOT made well before that evening. The decision to not reappoint you as ACO was made that night and hence you could not be there to discuss that issue because you did not even know at that time of the 4/4 meeting of the Board's decision. You were present at that BOS meeting on 4/4 to talk about your COLA only. It is not personal. If it was personal, and you requested the meeting, I would look rather foolish to the residents of Danville in my explanation. Wouldn't you agree?
Shawn

ps. REQUEST THE MEETING!

Sheila, why are you having such a hard time answering questions asked of you on this site. Maybe everyone has now started to see the real Sheila??? Answer the questions to what you started???

Did the Police Chief misunderstand, lie, fabricate, etc all this information just to get the search warrant. Is this what you are saying?

Still no answer Sheila??? Maybe because what my Attorney has been saying all along was the truth. You lied and fabricated in your ACO reports, you know the ones you filed with each illegal entry onto my property bypassing the "no trespassing" signs and then into my home while we were out of state.

Then the Police Chief upon reading your reports took them as truth and fact and that is why he ordered an immediate search warrant of my house.

Not only should the Chief have verified his information before enacting on it, but you should have been fired immediately after your actions.

"O'Neal also said the town is considering a deal with Plaistow for animal control services after selectmen decided not to reappoint Sheila Johannesen"

If its not a personal vendatta, then why Mr. Oneil would you have to make that statement?

Curt is right, however, there is something to be said for why that journalist asked Shawn that question.

Doug called me to talk about the new selectmen position.
He then followed that with some other small talk which one of the questions was "How is the ACO position being refilled coming along". That is when I responded as the quote indicates.

The Chief of Plaistow contacted the Chief of Danville to discuss a potential combination of services for ACO after knowing that Danville would be looking to fill such a position. It would be implemented much like Regional Prosecution is done with surrounding towns. This is something that approached Danville, but I'm pretty sure Sheila will spin it in a different light.
