Sheila "Don't kill the Job" Johannesen

Candidate Night at vimeo.

ACO discussion starts at 30 minutes into the video.

100+ Hours charge on a her time sheet for "Dog License Input" to create a spread sheet that was already available from the Town Clerk. I did the same thing with "Print" in Excel (elapsed time 5 minutes including the printer warm up time). When one is getting paid by the hour it is not in their best interest to be efficient.

Summary of Dog License Input Hrs:

Sample of Sheila Time Sheet:

My email to Town Clerk requesting spread sheets sent to ACO by the Town Clerk:

Email response from Selectmen Innman to Sheila with respect to ACO budget being reduced (specifically Sheila's salary):

I hope you can all start to see why the call volume has been reduced by 75%. The fleecing of Danville has come to and end!

I don't want to argue with anyone on here. with that being said, I probably will not respond to anything that is posted on this thread hereafter.

I get that there are some inconsistencies with Sheila's time sheet, but again this is just one side of the story.

I think you might have a hard time keeping up the facade that this isn't a personal thing you have against Sheila, Shawn, especially with the childish title to this thread.

Honestly, I really hate this website. It gives men and women of reasonable intelligence a forum to sound ignorant. You two really need to end this argument. It should have been over last year on voting day. I, too, have been guilty of embarrassing myself on this site because of things I was passionate about, but I didn't want to behave like that as a Town employee or as an elected official and I stopped. I wish you guys would have the same epiphany.

Between the bad press Danville received from the incident involving a selectmen last summer and this nonsense, I think we've had enough of the egos. Our town is being embarrassed in the papers and you're too concerned with winning arguments and having the last word. Some people work very hard to make Danville a beautiful place, and this is not productive.

Mr. O'Neil, Not everyone is an I .T. genius like you. Given that,I hope you are better at your real job than you are as a selectmen, you are not as popular as you seem to think you are.

It is not a popularity contest.
It is about honesty and integrity. Traits that are hard to find in people these days.
